Established in 2013 by Tim Mills and Rhonda Mills, visionaries in the technology and fintech sectors, the CRSS team has a wealth of experience and expertise. Tim Mills is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur and has over three decades spear-heading technology initiatives in prominent public and venture-backed companies such as Digital Research, Novell, Campus Pipeline, GeoLearning, Arcanas, Avaltus,Sendside Networks, and Pulse/Cegedim. Rhonda brings over 20 years of experience helping Banks and Credit Unions with asset  growth with a particular focus on digital transformation and Core Banking delivery. She has worked with many industry leading companies such as Temenos, Avoka, and Experian.
